I’ve found the more I search for words & explanations to give people who have lost their right to see into my heart, the quieter I get. The more peace in the moment that I find. The answers I’ve been scrambling for in the chaos are appearing slowly & one by one. Learning that the best roads have curves & no matter how much I appreciate straight forward- somethings aren’t so black & white & that okay too.

A quiet mind is able to hear intuition over fear.
